The Wildings Distillery Limited is a craft gin distillery based in Galashiels, nestled in the heart of the Scottish Borders. We specialise in producing premium quality gins - primarily citrus-based - which we distil and bottle ourselves. We use high quality botanicals plus the zest and juice from fresh whole citrus which we carefully prepare by hand. This gives The Citrologist Gins® their characteristic fresh citrus aroma and flavour.

Our Passion for Craft
Discover our deep-rooted passion for craft gins at The Wildings Distillery where we curate and produce - we believe - one of the best ranges of citrus-based gins available. We are devoted to distilling top quality gin - we don't distil any other spirits, such as whisky or rum. Unlike some producers, we do not use dried citrus or add flavourings, colourings, citrus oil or citrus extract. Our distillation method in small batches, attention to detail and use of fresh citrus ensures that we capture the distinctive fresh aroma and flavour of each fruit for your enjoyment.
Sustainability Commitment
At The Wildings Distillery Limited, we are committed to sustainability and eco-friendly practices, sourcing packaging and the highest quality ingredients from environmentally conscious producers to minimize our carbon footprint wherever possible. Rather than simply offsetting our carbon footprint, we are actively working to reduce it as we journey towards net zero. We also donate part of our profits each year to innovative rewilding projects across the UK as part of our commitment to biodiversity.
